About Data Searches
· Expenditures are available through a searchable database of unaudited expense transactions by expense type, department, service area, fund and vendor.
· All expenditures are included except for: personnel costs, information restricted by HIPAA, and other confidential information.
· The searchable database allows searching and drill down capability where applicable.
· You can review results online or export to a PDF format.
· Please note that expenditures are sorted by payment fiscal year which shows payment from October 1 to September 30.
· The searchable database is updated daily based on current general ledger entries.
· Reports are provided in PDF format and updated based on their specific reporting period (monthly, quarterly, annually).
